Artist Biography

Jake Petersen is an artist located in Milford, Massachusetts. His passion for the arts began at a young age, as he frequently created and drew with his artist father. During middle school, Jake became interested in electronics and started making websites and programming with an Arduino. His exploration of the vaporwave aesthetic and initiation into graphic design began only during high school. He would watch tutorials on YouTube to learn the visual trends and then try to replicate them himself. This was a period of significant growth for Jake as he delved into the world of visual art and utilized programs to aid in his creations. These experiences have heavily influenced his present work. Jake is currently pursuing a degree in graphic design at Framingham State University.
